OSHO meditations with Taras
Who is OSHO? Why does his knowledge, teaching and style allow so many followers to find a way to become a whole human being? I am not perfect, but this practice helped me open many doors/hearts and legs. You can do that too!
Time & Location
29 Mar, 15:30 – 17:00 BST

About the Event
When I came across the tantric aspects of yoga practice for the first time, no one wanted to talk about it openly. Everyone knows it exists, but taboo is applied to that yoga knowledge section.
Diving deeper into OSHO books, I have learned that Yoga and Tantra came from the same source. It was just a tantra or way of living where the erotic side of our being was honoured and respected, not less than our bodies.
We are not going to dive into his teaching and his visions. We will only practice what is left and notice what it does to us. You can't find explicit content on the Osho website because it is not available to the general public. He touched the heart of thousands of students, and their experience transformed their lives.
Imagine a practice in a classroom where you can get naked, go explicit, go loud, release all sitting in your body, and poison you. That is what we will do - awaken our body or develop somatic reactions/responses. Learn to listen, honour and let go of them through breathwork, dance, shaking, swirling, setting an intention, clearing space and of course, releasing erotic build-up/energy with purpose.
The primary meditations I want to share with you:
Tuesday 8th Feb 3:30 BST OSHO Dynamic meditation (the very first famous one)
Tuesday 15th Feb 3:30 BSTOSHO No Dimension (connecting with the space and time)
Tuesday 22nd Feb 3:30 BSTOSHO Nadabrahma Meditation (humming)
Tuesday 1st Mar 3:30 BSTOSHO Kundalini Meditation (shaking)
Tuesday 8th Mar3:30 BSTOSHO Nadabrahma Meditation (humming)
Tuesday 15th Mar 3:30 BSTOSHO Heart Meditation (the one which helps to reconnect with emotions)
The class shouldn't take longer than 75 minutes.
This event isn't for you if you are looking for a highly erotic experience. It's not a goal of this practice - it's a "side effect".
If the meeting series became successful, I would bring Shamanic meditations and Dr Dan J. Siegel meditation. There is so much more than just sitting and looking for silence. There are many ways to get to that place of stillness and happiness. Be careful - they might change your life.
